University of Applied Military Sciences

The University of Applied Military Sciences is a university of applied sciences in Wiener Neustadt, Lower Austria. It appears in the Austrian national register of higher education institutions under the Fachhochschule category, and its seat is listed as Wiener Neustadt. The register gives no founding date, so there is nothing to say about its history here.

Teaching is organised around degree programmes. The register lists three programmes of all kinds and languages for this institution. One of them is taught in English, a Bachelor's degree, and it sits in the subject area of Social Sciences and Psychology. That is the whole of what the register shows about the programme offer, so check the institution's own website for the content and structure of the courses.

For an international student, the practical points are these. You apply directly to the institution, which sets its own application period and its own entrance procedure, so the dates and requirements come from the institution rather than from a central body. Students from outside the EU and EEA need a Residence Permit for Students. At public universities, students from the EU, EEA and Switzerland pay no tuition within the standard duration of their programme plus two semesters, while most other students pay a per-semester fee. Every student pays the student union fee. Confirm the current rules with the institution before you apply.
